Prevention Services

Work site assessments: We assess current work environments at plants and/or offices to find inefficient setups or environments that can lead to decreased productivity or employee injury. We work with you to find low-cost solutions.

Employee education programs: Instruct employees and supervisors in safe work practices and techniques and how to apply them to their specific situations, as well as reach the correct ergonomic design and use of equipment, and sitting and standing postures to reduce stress and strain.

Rehabilitation Services

Physical therapy: Employ an active approach to treating injuries, emphasizing exercise to improve function, speed rehab and prevent re-injury. Services also include aquatic therapy and work conditioning programs.

Functional capacity evaluations: Evaluate employee’s current functional status to determine their readiness to return to work, as well as determine needed work modifications, and screen for symptom magnification of inconsistent effort during tests.

Transitional Work Program: Modify work duties, hours and equipment while continuing rehabilitation so employees can gradually return to work, which reduced the risk of re-injury after long absences.
