Edward J. Aubé, PT, President
About Cleveland Physical Therapists.
As a board certified specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Edward takes special interest in treating back pain and throwing injuries to the shoulder. Mr. Aubé emphasizes an active approach to treating these and other sorts of injuries. In 1994 he co-founded Rehab Professionals of Cleveland, Inc. in order to offer the high quality services his clients deserved. After graduating from St. Louis University, Edward earned his certificate in Physical Therapy at Cleveland State University.
He has lectured to his colleagues on aquatic physical therapy and presents to businesses and community groups on prevention of low back pain and repetitive motion injuries. He also speaks to athletes on sport specific training and injury prevention programs.
Cofounder of Rehab Professionals of Cleveland, Inc., Maria focuses on treating persons with arthritis and on treating female athletes. Her treatments emphasize educating her patients to help them understand and self-manage their conditions. Ms. Nolan’s tremendous success is derived from her varied experiences throughout her career.
Her extensive career includes work as a therapist for the City of Hope Medical Center in California, work in Atlanta, Georgia, as well as at Sports Rehabilitation Consultants in Cleveland, and the Visiting Nurse Association of Cleveland. Her experience also includes a clinical directorship position at Ameri-sports Medicine in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. She was formerly director of Rehabilitation Services at Lake Hospital systems in Willoughby, Ohio.

Maria Nolan, PT, Vice President

Anthony DiFilippo, PT, DPT, M.Ed., CSCS, CWT, Director
Dr. DiFilippo’s expertise in rehabilitation of orthopedic dysfunction and his development of sports-specific conditioning programs has helped many patients return to their jobs, sports they enjoy or daily activities. As a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, Dr. DiFilippo enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions such as sprains and strains, spinal disorders, arthritis, TMJ dysfunction, and balance deficits.
Dr. DiFilippo earned his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Bowling Green State University in conjunction with the Medical College of Ohio. He then went on to earn a Master degree in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University. He also earned certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 1997. His doctorate in physical therapy was obtained from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. Dr. DiFilippo is certified as a Workability Therapist for industrial injury management through the Workability Network, LLC.
Dr. DiFilippo is currently President of the Ohio Physical Therapy Association and also is a part-time instructor of physical therapy at Cleveland State University. He recently received the “Physical Therapist of the Year” award by the Ohio Physical Therapy Association for 2011. He was also awarded the 2008 National “PT/PTA Team Award” from the American Physical Therapy Association.
Ms. Davis graduated from Royal Liverpool Hospital College School for Physiotherapy in England in 1976. For the past 20 years she has provided physical therapy in a variety of settings. Ann applies an eclectic approach to treat musculoskeletal disorders and focuses particularly on education to maximize the patient’s self-care and home exercise. She also specializes in women’s health.

Shari Chambers, PTA
Shari joins Rehab Professionals after working in outpatient clinics in downtown
Cleveland and its western suburbs. Her upbeat approach to treatment makes her clients look forward to attending therapy, and learning how to self-manage their conditions. As a graduate of the the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Cuyahoga Community College, Shari also sits on the Program’s Advisory Committee. Ms. Chambers’ work in industry helps her coach injured workers in safe work practices.
Anne Savoca, PTA graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting in 2010. A Cleveland area naitve, Ann takes interst in Aqautic Therapy and Work Conditioning.
